Residences
at Wilson
This
project, in Pasadena, CA, is designed
to capture distant mountain views,
and avoid the less-attractive neighboring
buildings by creating large viewing
boxes on the third floor of each
of the six condominiums. This gives
the project its distinctive upper
story with glass boxes that project
over vertical two-story translucent
windows.
The
entry level (living room, dining
room and kitchen) is open plan with
ceiling heights that, in places,
reach 22 feet. Other features include
roof decks, large master suites
and eco-friendly finishing materials.
The tagline being used by the developer
to describe the building is "sophisticated
green living."
