Designed
for a client with a love of mid-century
modern architecture, with its strong
horizontality, this project developed
with horizontal fins, or screening
that has the double function of
breaking up the mass of the building
and creating sunshades for the units.
Eight
units on four floors, each with
its own deck and/or interior garden,
makes each floor plan unique. The
special attention that has gone
into the design of double-height
spaces, chic bathrooms and generous
master bedroom suites distinguishes
these condominiums from other product
in the same market.
That
attention, along with the strong
eco-friendly emphasis is key to
a developer that uses the branding
"organic, modern design + green
development."
