Larrabee Condominiums

Each of these eight condominiums will be on two stories, allowing for double-height spaces in the public areas. The top four units have private roof decks and the lower units each have access to a private deck or interior garden.

To reflect the interior divisions, the south elevation takes the basic eight blocks and creates variations within the wood-and-stucco with windows, decks and cut-outs.

On the north side, a series of screens provide privacy from neighboring buildings.
