Commercial design, in the Sander Architect's practice, is a search for the balance between innovation, budget and pragmatices. With the strong emphasis on eco-friendly solutions in all our projects, the first step is an analysis of the site (including daylight and temperature studies). Often the potential for the poetics of a project become apparent at this early stage and those begin to inform the treatment of basic requirements from the outset.: space requirements, layouts, plans, etc.
